Phil Burdon - Founder

Phil Burdon

Phil has been advising in the legal services market for over a decade, delivering consultancy and due diligence projects since 2012. He spends his time developing and executing projects of strategic importance to clients who have often been very long standing. Having specialised in European markets for much of his career, Phil is well informed on the cross-border legal services landscape, domestic and international talent markets as well as the changing demands clients place on their instructed law firms.

Phil has now co-founded his second business in the talent advisory sector, is a member of the Institute of Consulting (CMI), is trained by CMC-Global in ISO 20700 the new international standard on management consultancy services and is undertaking further accreditations due to his belief in delivering meaningful advice, support and services to his clients and networks.

Tom Spence - Founder

Tom Spence

Tom’s focus has been on developing and executing projects of strategic importance to clients within the legal sector throughout Europe for over a decade. Through his projects, Tom has been able to travel extensively, developing relationships along with a clear understanding of the challenges facing clients in today’s environment.

Tom is a member of the Institute of Consulting, he received his Certified Management Consulting (CMC) award in 2019 and has also been awarded the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 5 Award in Professional Consulting.

Co-founding his second business in the talent advisory sector has been driven by the desire to continue his personal and professional development enabling him to use his experience and expertise to deliver a more focused and dynamic approach to clients and individuals within the industry.
